What does it mean to be a subscriber?
During the summer months, farm subscribers receive a weekly share of the farm’s harvest. This is delivered as a box of fresh, local, delicious vegetables, coming straight from the farm to your table.

What does a weekly share contain?
Each box contains a mixed variety of seasonal produce. The specific mix will change as the season progresses and new vegetables become ready for harvest. You will find that we will include both old favorites and new varieties to learn about. Each week, recipes will be included to provide inspiration for enjoying the summer’s bounty.

Example of Boxes
A weekly box is intended to feed two vegetarians or four people with mixed diets. See below for examples of last seasons weekly shares.
How do I get my weekly share?
Weekly farm shares are brought to pre-arranged drop sites in Portland and at the farm in Yamhill. Subscribers select the site that is most convenient for them and then weekly come to pick-up their veggies. These sites are selected based on proximity to the majority of our subscribers. We have found that the pick-up is a good opportunity for people to meet other members and get to know their farmer.

What is the payment arrangement?
Farm subscriptions are paid for prior to the beginning of the season. They can be paid in one or two installments. As a large portion of the farms expenses occur during the spring, pre-payment allows us to plant specifically for the number of committed subscribers. It is as if you have a farmer working just for you.

Can I get a half share?
Some people find that a full share is too much produce for one week. While we do not offer a half share, we do suggest finding a neighbor, friend or co-worker to split the weekly box with.
